Calls made on New Year's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day (and the day legally observed should the holiday fall on a weekend) will be rated using the Evening rate as shown below. On these legal holidays, the evening rate applies all day on direct-dial calls unless a lower rate would normally apply (nights & weekends.)
